Primizia has garnered a reputation for its exceptional offerings, with customers consistently praising the delicious meals and attentive service. The standout dish, roasted Boškarin, is a must-try, capturing the rich flavors of traditional Croatian cuisine. Pair this with a pizza, renowned for its Neapolitan style with a chewy and thin crust, and you have a culinary experience that is hard to beat. Many diners echo the sentiment of Zoran Garbin, who declared the food to be "tasty and nice," and he strongly recommended the pistachio and mascarpone cake for dessert—a sweet finale that leaves a lasting impression.
The ambiance at Primizia adds to its allure, combining comfort with a cozy setting. Ivan Milić notes the restaurant's spacious terrace, which remains shaded and pleasant during afternoons—a perfect spot for a leisurely meal. While the restaurant tends to be bustling, often necessitating a reservation, the atmosphere remains warm and welcoming, and the staff is dedicated to ensuring a great experience despite occasional delays in service.
For those looking for a delightful range of options, the menu at Primizia is extensive, featuring everything from pizzas and pastas to expertly cooked steaks and classic desserts like tiramisu. Katarzyna Szafraniec-Leśniak expressed that if six stars were possible, she would award them one, highlighting the quality of both food and service that Primizia delivers.

“ Absolutely great place and delicious food. Pizza, pasta, steak, tiramisu or mascarpone cake - all just amazing. Service also at high level. If 6 stars is the option, I would give that. ”
“ Can’t beat the location in the garden, hopefully we’ll return if for nothing else, for that! ”
“ This place is usually very busy and it's better to make a reservation. The terrace is big and cosy, overlooking the even bigger parking lot. During the afternoon it's completely in shade. The pizzas were very good (chewy and thin crust, Neapolitan style), but the table service was slow. And also the beer list is a little bit scarce, especially for a pizza place. ”
“ First time here for dinner. They found a table despite the place was packed. Nice experience with excellent malvasia great carpaccio Boskin, wild asparagus soup and natural flavoured strawberry ice cream pie. ”
“ One of the best pizzas iz CRO. Great service and fair prices. Worth visiting, we will return for sure. ”
“ Arrived without reservation because they didn't answer on the phone number listed, but the tables on the terase had "reserved" cards on them, so I recommend being more persistant. The guests that arrived after us were seated inside (also not bad, but the vibes in the garden are much nicer). The food was great, the waiter too, professionall, but not annoying. The ravioli as an appetiser was delicious, I shared it with my partner, but we agreed that when we come again, we'll just have a plate each with some salad and call it a meal! In addition to the ordered appetiser we got their homemade bread and olive oil which was amazing! The tagliata as the second course was well prepared and both the potatoes and the grilled vegetables were tasty (those were the side dishes that are included in the price of the main course). My partner had the turkey breast with tartufi and it was tasty aswell, especially if you like the strong taste of the istrian mushroom and the meat wasn't dry at all. With all listed, a local beer, a Pašareta and a salad, the bill came out to be 75 euros. Only thing I resent is that in the backyard were we sat, there is a summer house, where locals gathered and drank beer from store. It was disturbing because of their dog that was running under our table non-stop Oh, and the fact we were too full to try any of the desserts. But we'll make up for it, hopefully soon! ”
“ Very cosy restaurant. Tasty and nice food, specially roasted Boškarin. We tried pizza as well and it was very good. Pistachio/Mascarpone cake would recommend for desert. ”
